In these terms and conditions, "we" and "us" means Selfbuild3D.
"You" means the client who has requested a quote and has agreed to our T&Cs. By proceeding with the payment or providing written confirmation, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and any other stakeholders involved.
"Project" refers to all aspects of the 3D design and modelling services provided by Selfbuild3D.
When you make a booking online or through other communication channels, we will provide you with all necessary information about our terms and conditions, which will be included on our website and in our quote and booking confirmation. We encourage you to familiarise yourself with them before confirming your booking. The client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate and complete.
All quotes sent by Selfbuild3D are valid for a maximum of 7 days. Prices and packages are subject to change depending on project requirements and scope of adjustments. The validity of prices including discounts will be determined by the deadline of the discount which will be disclosed to the client by their respective Selfbuild3D representative.
All details required for the design must be included in the Google form design brief provided by the client. Any changes or additions not included in the original design brief will be considered amendments.
Amendments start at €100 and may vary depending on rendering time and the extent of work required to complete the amendments. Clients will be informed of the additional costs prior to commencement of the changes. Full payment for the amendments will be required to initiate the changes.
Full payment is required to initiate the project. The project will only commence once full payment has been received. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card online.
- A 75% refund will be provided if the design work has not yet started.
- No refund will be provided once the design work has started.
- No refund will be provided once the design has been sent to the client.
Cancellations must be made in writing by the client and will only be considered cancelled when written notice is received. The following cancellation charges apply:
- No refund will be provided once the design work has started or the design has been sent.
- If the cancellation is made before the design work has started, 75% of the payment will be refunded.
Selfbuild3D is not liable to undertake the following:
- The 3D design of specific internal furniture, colourings, floor coverings, wall coverings, kitchen specifications, or any other design items not included in the general scope of work.
- Deviations from the plan provided or updates/revisions to any plan unless agreed upon.
It is the responsibility of the client to provide the most up-to-date plan version. Changes thereafter to correct and update a project will incur additional charges, typically starting at €100, depending on the extent of changes required.
Only upon receipt of full payment will a fully detailed design be sent to the client's email. Estimated delivery times are provided, with any delays communicated promptly. The final design will include all agreed-upon elements based on the initial brief and any subsequent amendments. We decide the views, angles, and presentation of the final 3D work. Completed work is delivered in electronic formats (.PDF, .JPG, .PNG) only, not in design files like REVIT, AutoCAD, or Photoshop.
Selfbuild3D shall accept no responsibility whatsoever for any inaccuracies, errors, or non-compliant designs in the plans provided by the client. By purchasing Selfbuild3D packages, you understand that we provide modelling services based on the plans and information you provide.
The client must ensure that they have the right to use and reproduce the plans provided to Selfbuild3D. The client accepts all liabilities for any claims made regarding the original works. Selfbuild3D retains the right to use the final images and videos for promotional purposes, ensuring no specific client details are disclosed.
Complaints must be received in writing from the client and will be investigated promptly. Any issues should be raised during the project where possible. If unresolved, please contact us, and we will do our best to address the issue.
Clients must ensure that the environment and conditions in which the 3D design work is to be used comply with all relevant health and safety regulations. Selfbuild3D accepts no liability for any issues arising from the use of the designs in non-compliant settings.
Personal information is protected and used solely for service delivery. We reserve the right to use these images for promotional purposes while maintaining client confidentiality as per GDPR policy.
